Every return and replacement request will be considered and judged on a case-to-case basis. We would request you to go through the disclaimer section of the product before raising the return and replacement requests.
Replacements (In case of damaged/defective items) :
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to offer you a replacement of the same product within 7 days of your purchase. In order to be eligible for a replacement, please follow the instructions below:
Contact us at [team@poetiqliving.com] within 48 hours of receiving your item to report the damage or defect.
Provide a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number and the reason for the replacement request.
Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and if eligible, we will provide you the replacement*
Any replacement request will be considered on a case-to-case basis. Please note that all replacements are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.
We are not responsible for any damages or defects that occur after the item has been received by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Return Handling Fee
A return handling fee of ₹100 will be charged for each return request. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The cost of shipping both to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund.
This applies even if free shipping was offered at the time of purchase (e.g. on orders above ₹999).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight or dead weight (whichever is higher) of the order.
Refund Amount
In case of a return, only the product cost, minus the return handling fee and applicable shipping charges, will be refunded.
The exact refund amount will be shared with you for approval before the refund is processed.
For Return Request:
Contact us at [team@poetiqliving.com] with your order ID within 7 days of order delivery. We will guide you with the return process of the product.
We will raise a return request within 2-3 business days.
Once we have received the returned products, a quality check would be done to assess the claim.
We will raise a refund request post this step..
The amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. The process for initiating this takes 2-3 business days however it may take approximately 10 business days for the amount to actually reflect in your card/bank account.
